Happy Thanksgiving to all of you from me and my entire family! I hope this holiday finds you in great health and enjoying your family and friends.
We live in stressful times so it is more important than ever for each of us to stop and take time to be thankful for the good things in our lives. When you are done reading this post...take some time to actually write down the things in your life that you are grateful for (big and small). I think you will find this little exercise energizing and rewarding.
I have much to be thankful for this year including the strength, inspiration and encouragement I receive by being a small part of the lives of the amazing women that I am fortunate to call my patients and the incredible people in my on-line community that I have the privilege to interact with every day. I humbly thank you all.
